How to Exchange or Return Your Order
We want you to love your purchase! But if the size, color, or fit isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’ve made the exchange and return process quick and easy.
Your Return Form
Every order includes a return form inside the package. This form allows you to choose between:

Refund – we’ll return your payment using your original payment method.

Exchange – we’ll send you the same item in a different size, color, or variant as soon as we receive your returned product.
Just fill in the return form with your preference, slip it back into the package, and send it along with the product you’d like to return or exchange.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Repack the product in its original packaging (or something similar if the box is no longer available).

Make sure the item is unused, undamaged, and has its original tags.

Complete the return form and clearly mark whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Use the prepaid return label included in your order to send the package back to us.

Drop the parcel at your nearest post office or parcel point.
That’s it! Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your request:

Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges will be shipped within 2–3 business days, subject to stock availability.
